This portal is designed for the collection of information of former employees. Please utilize the settlement form to update our records with your latest information. PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
Instructions:
- Complete all details exactly as per your official documents.
- Your name or employee ID must match exactly as per company records.
- Your outstanding amount must be entered as on date after adjusting all payments received till date.
- Ensure accuracy to avoid delays in settlement.
- The form can only be submitted once per employee. If you were employed by multiple companies,
please submit the form for each respective company. - If you were only employeed by Trinity Engineering Services and your last working day was for Trinity Engineering Services, please fill out the "Form for TES" ONLY. You may disregard which company sponsored your visa.
- If you were employeed by Trinity MEP Contracting LLC and your last working day was for Trinity MEP Contracting LLC, please fill out the "Form for TMEP" ONLY. You may disregard which company sponsored your visa.
